Understanding your mind, not fighting it
I see therapy as a space for understanding what your mind is doing, not trying to force it to stop. Many people come in feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, replaying thoughts, or overwhelmed by emotions that feel hard to manage. Together, we slow things down and make sense of those experiences, building more flexibility in how you respond rather than staying caught in the same loops.
My goal is to create a space that feels steady and thoughtful, where you can step back, reflect, and begin to relate to yourself in a different way.
